I did my first day of p90x workout. It was pretty tough. I only lasted 30 minutes, not bad for my first day. Tomorrow, I do CardioX. I will post pictures soon, as a gift to myself I got myself a digital camera and a mp3 player.

Got up bright and early this morning to work out at Bally's. Oh boy. No toilet paper, no hot water, the steam and hot sauna were out of order . Maybe I shouldn't be to shocked after all they filed for Chapter 11 again. Thats twice in two years. Zoinks.

Look 10 lbs lighter in 10 Seconds!


Sad but true, but I wore super tough granny panties. Impossible to get on even harder to get off when you have to go pee. So if you decide to wear them don't plan on drinking anything for the night . And if you think you might get lucky , well forget it these things are the modern day chasisity belt . These things are definatley slut proof. Except if your Super Slut, these things fit perfectly in one of those dinky purses. wink. wink.

I'm still doing pretty good on my diet. I think my eating habits are the hardest thing to resolve. I work 40 hours a week plus go to school at night. So junk food is my greatest nemesis. Am I skinny yet.

Had a pretty good workout at the Gym today. I am down 1 pound, which no makes me 149. My workout consisted of 25 minutes on the treadmill and 30 on the elliptical. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to do weights.
